Since I got hurt, I had lost some memory. I only hooked the blower up once. Last winter I wasn’t in shape to do it. I’m preparing early because I work a bit slower. Does any one know the proper way that the cable and bracket are suppose to be mounted on the rig. That first time I think I found a bolt hole but can’t remember or see anything. A pic would be a great help.
I have a 2016 1025 and a 54 blower.
Thanks, Don

Firemark you don't have to get hurt to loose memory my wife reminds me all the time. It's hell growing old but it beats the other option. Nice to see you back posting. :bigthumb:

Are you talking about the Remote Spout Control Kit for adjusting the up and down angle of the spout from the seat? Here are the installation instructions in PDF form.
I can’t believe they want the muffler unbolted to mount that. I also have to check if bracket has two holes. A quick glance at it yesterday showed one loose nut and bolt on bracket but will check again, hopefully it is a different bracket that mounts simpler. I think when I mounred it the first time it was one bolt and didn’t take cover off and unbolt muffler.another Deere cluster that didn’t come with any instructions and has a different bracket than the posted instructions posted.

Firemark, welcome back! This isn't the greatest pic, it was dark in the barn this morning and the FEL uprights were kind of in the way, but I outlined the chute deflector bracket in red. I remember it wasn't too difficult to mount it, maybe I monkeyed around with the muffler???? Oh and as you can tell, it's been a bit muddy and wet here!
