Do you know what the bracket looks like? As with most things JD, there is a lot of confusion on the remote spout control kits. I found two kits with the same part number yet the included bracket is different.

Below are three variants of the kit... do you know if one of these is the bracket style used on the 1-series?

EDIT - I found a picture of the 1-series mounting bracket (below) but I cannot find it in any parts listing.

jeepers-why in the world would there be 2 different kits for the 1 series:unknown: u think maybe for a 47 inch and then for the 54 inch snow blower-but heck that don't seem to make any sense either.

maybe someone will see the post and come forward that already has one on there 1 series to explain it.:munch:

The 47-inch and 54-inch blower use the exact same chute deflector kit. Actually, the problem is that NONE of the kits shown in JD Parts is for the 1-series. They are listed as for everything BUT the 1-series. If there was a 1-series kit shown I'm sure it would list the correct bracket. Also makes no sense why all the other kits are $149 and the 1-series kit is $203. From everything I can find the 1-series kit is LVB26213. Lots of places sell the complete kit but JD Parts doesn't list it in any of the parts lists I've been able to find... which, is the original problem stated by the OP.

The 1025r bracket is fairly long which is probably the reason Deere feels the need to charge a premium.

Here is my advice for the OP. Either simply purchase a new remote deflector kit or make a bracket that attaches to the loader mount like others have done.

I have a feeling the price of that long 1-series bracket is going to cause you to rethink the plan. Look at it this way, JD wants $92!! for the short bent piece of metal shown below.

If this little bracket is $92 then the 1-series bracket it likely to cost 70% the price of the entire kit. Even more if you need additional hardware other than the bracket itself. If you can weld or bend a piece of flat stock it is somewhat easy to fab up something that attaches to the loader mount, which in my opinion is a less invasive way to do it anyway.

You could also consider using an actuator instead of the manual chute if the price is going to make the kit total too high.

Now I remember! The bracket part number is LVU25350. It is mis-categorized under the mower deck! I had forgotten about that and it drove me crazy so I dug it up again.

85 - Mower Deck - 193 - Remote Spout Bracket

It is $103.58 at GFP

https://www.greenfarmparts.com/product-p/lvu25350.htm

Just FYI, I searched the 1025R/1023E/1026R bracket kit LVB26213 under "where used search".

Could BM20960 be the elusive part number? The whole kit is $126.38, which seems way more reasonable than the $92 for the bracket.
From all the references for the snow blower, I agree non are listed for the 1 series. However when looking in the John Deere parts advisor, the 54 inch snow blower for many of the
2 series show up in the "related catalogs" section. I've always taken this to mean these parts fit the same series that I'm looking at. Maybe I've been lucky in the past.:unknown:

This shows a specific part break down and kit listing.
That is the style for an entire kit. That is also not the correct kit for the 1-series. As you can see from the 1-series photo above, the 1-series requires a very long bracket that bolts directly to the frame and extends up to near the instrument panel. None of the available parts list show a bracket of that style. There are several tractor model specific remote spout kits. Each one can be used for either the 47" or 54" blower. The difference in the kits in the style of the bracket and associated mounting hardware.

There are also inconsistencies in some of the JD Parts lists as I've seen two separate lists both labelled as BM20960 and each had a different bracket which was not for the 1-series. LVB26213 ($209) seems to be the correct remote spout control kit for the 1-series but I cannot find any parts breakdown for it.

This is a perfect example of yet another simple item that JD has made way too complicated and confusing.

It's no wonder no one can find this part. Look where JD listed it... under the "MOWER DECK" section!!
