In the middle of the super bowl, I remembered I forgot to place my filters and fluids order under the free shipping offer. I went on line and ordered a filter pack and 3 gallons of trans/hyd fluid. I could not get the double super secret free shipping and the sale prices. Around and around I went without luck. Full price and shipping, I could not make it work. Frustrated I gave up. Ticked off I gathered my thoughts and fired off an email, explaining what i needed and what I got. Back to the game. Ten minutes later I tried again, this time I figured out how to get the code. Got it and placed my order. 3 minutes later I got a email from Jason at Green Farm Parts. Sorry about my order problems with a phone number and he would take care of my order on Monday. Wow :good2: I emailed all was good the second attempt . Today (Wednesday ) at 11:30 , UPS dropped off my complete order. Wam, Bam Thankyou Mam ,now that is what I call SERVICE . Thank you Jason . Something good going on at Green Farm Parts.

My last order recently was very quick as well, I think whatever transitioning period they were going through a few months ago is over, glad to see them back on their game. :good2:

Same here... I ordered on a weekend and the package was at my door 4 days later.

I ordered from them a couple of times was thinking of going to local dealer but wanted to give them a try and the quick shipping was impressive :thumbup1gif: will defiantly be ordering from them again

I ordered some items back in February from GFP. When I got around to installing the mower deck on my 2032R, probably sometime in late April or early May I determined that the combination bracket was "tweaked" and wouldn't mount. It was also missing the mounting pin. Called GFP and described the concern. They were able to reference the order and replaced the defective part right away.

Great customer service as usual! :good2:
