We lost our Uplink from At&t and it took them some time to replace the switch. I hope they got it corrected now!
LOL..Your right...no good comes from when your "locked in" to a service provider...Your XYZ Brand fridge dies at a young age, chances are you'll ditch the brand and go to another brand...if your internet is spotty, what are you really gonna do? Not like you can choose from 10/15 carriers. I know I'm limited to 2 at home...It's kinda odd that a refrigerator is more reliable than the internet...
When beancounters invaded & started running corporate America nothing good happened...in ANY industry...It's kinda ironic that AT&T has the outage and coverage issues, considering their "Ma Bell" heritage and the former dedication to reliability and service.
