So, my hydraulic misadventures continue. We have 3-4 connectors, male and female, that are leaky. From what I understand, the only fix for this is just replacing the couplers. It got me thinking about just swapping all of them for flat face type connectors. Is there any reason one way or another to do, or not do this?

Are your couplers leaking when in use or when disconnected? Flat-faced couplers are supposed to resist weeping when disconnected better than Pioneer style couplers but both styles can leak when connected if the seals leak.

Mine sometimes leak when attached but when the machine is off. I already replaced the leaky one with one that I got from Ken (Kens Hooks). Haven't touched the others yet.
