Some very nice rib eyes tonite seasoned with a new seasoning I found called cooter rub made from a company called gator hammock out of Florida I tried a reverse sear method I used the trager at 225 to get smoke in them then I moved them over to the weber set at 500 to sear them came out very good and tender

I had a hard time finding something to grill today most stores are Sold out of all meats around here I have plenty of meat in freezer to last us awhile just didn't have time to defrost anything then I came across these usda prime filet mignon and I knew what was going on the grill tonite cooked to a good medium rare

did some boneless pork chops on the Traeger tonight with a blend of apple hickory wood

The inaugural smoke in the new smoker. This chuck roast was a tight fit, but I managed to squeeze it in there.
Now you're just showing off..................................................... (y) :ROFLMAO:
