Well I'm impressed.
Pretty good here as well.."In welder mode, the Welderator can produce a 50-170-amp arc suitable for most on-farm welding needs. The duty cycle (10-min. run time) is 150 amps at 100 percent power."
Hey Santa, I need one of these asap!:thumbup1gif:

Very cool concept. Only problem I could see is the noise & exhast of the engin running it in a shop, other than that it is just what I need!!! I bet Randy is already thinking of a mod to mount one to the 3PT of a machine...lol

Wonder why the Subaru insted of a Kawisakie engin?
That looks ideal for mounting on a service truck bed and working on stuff out in the field. But.....5000.00? I think Id have to get a proven rig for that kind of money (Miller,etc.) Especially with hearing it has the subaru engine in it...makes me wonder about the other parts .
Subaru small engines have a pretty good reputation. A lot of rental and commercial equipment have these engines.

HHHHHHHmmmmm. :think::think::think:
I wonder who makes it for Deere.

I'd probably go with Miller or Lincoln first since they've been making field units for ages. I'm guessing the air compressor is what is setting it apart from other similar pieces of equipment.
