Throttle/Choke adjustment LA135

My LA135 throttle/choke is just a little off.
When I cold start it, I need the choke. When I push the throttle/choke lever all the way up, it does not appear to fully engage the choke.
After it is running and I push the throttle to the point where the choke should engage, it doesn't. It doesn't appear to be getting to full throttle until I am past that point.

So is there an easy way to adjust the throttle/choke cable? Thinking about what I typed, I wonder if it is something very simple, but I haven't had a chance to have a good look at it. Plus it is dark and pouring rain right now.

Easy fix. Quite common. Follow your cable down to the carb. You will see s lil clamp secured with a screw. Some are 8mm/5/16, the others are t25 torxs.. In either case, push your lever all the way forward. Loosen the clamp and pull the cable away from Carb, this should engage the choke. Tighten the clamp. Done. Now test. Push lever to choke, engine starts, pull back to fast idle. Now with engine running, push back forward on lever. Engine should start to choke out.

Awesome, thanks. I'll give that a try today or tomorrow.
