No such thing as a tire chain that's easy to put on. Look for chains with single spacing and good latches.

Just a reminder to anyone shopping, 3R tractors have two R4 tire size options (15-19.5 and 43x16-20 for the rears).I got chains for my 3039R at tire chain.com. If you have R4 rears, you will need 15-19.5 size chains.
