Check out what a cedar stick will do to a belt. We mulched a bunch of cedar trees up - I guess I missed one that ended up in our last hay row.

Going to put a splice there and replace all the pins.

Do you cut out more and splice in? Could you post a picture when you are done. That does not look like something that is easily repairable or will last a long time.

I will cut the belt there and put a new lace in there.

The belt has one lace right now. Now it will have 2.

Won't be a problem and it is much cheaper than a new belt.

Baler i back from the dealer.

$103.92 in parts for the belt repairs. Ended up I have messed the 2 outside belts up a tad.

I also had them replace the 3 chains on the left side. The main chain had stretched quite a bit. I had taken links out of it. They recommend only taking so many links out.

I also have them put all in pins in the belts.

Total - $669.67
