Tow Behind Grader

Anybody using a 12-16 foot Tow Grader? Have a need for something to maintain crown and ditches of roadways on the place. A box scraper just doesn't do the job. Have JD 6125 and 6105 for power. The Strobel 12' looks like the best unit, but heavy. Think 125hp will let me use that thing effectively? I'm not looking to move 8" of material all at once. Manufacturer is recommending 150hp for the 12', but I know they are looking for "full pull" power. Any one have any thoughts on this?
