I'm making a left turn to the other half of the video, the OTC cab and storage. I have the one for the 2032R and it bolts to the upright ROPS. I MIGHT be able to get in the garage with the cab on but not with the ROPS up. I have height in the pole barn so I figured to put the pulleys there. I explored taking the cab off intact and spoke to the folks at OTC where they are always helpful. He suggested the screweyes on the top bolts for lifting so I put some on the last time I put the cab on. As I put the cab together I looked at what I would have to undo just to free the cab for lifting. Mounting points on the bottom of course. Then there are the attachments to the ROPS and behing the ROPS lights and the top in the back. Frankly, I decided it was almost as much work to take it off partly put together as just taking it apart. When I factor in my limited storage space I decided to just keep it as an annual kit. Never got around to putting it on this winter and didn't miss it as the winter was so mild compared to those a few years past.
I like the cab for winter use, but I also like the open seat for the rest of the year, especially when I use the BH.

I sorta do miss the old TTWT. You know, the one that he digs out a basement window with his 1025R, or spreads river rock with it, or bush hogs 6ft overgrowth and gets into bee's.

But at the same time it's not a hobby anymore. It's his full time business and that changes things.

I look at it this way. I don’t watch all of Tim’s videos but I do watch certain ones that catch my attention. He cannot just review different Rototiller’s all day long but many people have bought tractors or accessories that he has reviewed. Whether they bought because of him or didn’t even know about him until afterwards they get to understand how he reviews and if they agree with his view or not.

If you know his style and how his opinions agree or disagree with your own, at least you would have a good idea of what the latest pick up trucks are like if he chose to review them.

Would I spend 10k on one of these, no. Might I buy a used one and do some thing like this, yes. I could use what I learned in the video to do it or change it.

How high will you loader go? I know my 3039 will not go anywhere near as high as the skid lift will.
Also, you do not represent everyone else. I wouldn't watch a video of a pallet fork man basket. That interests me about as much a video on how to use a scoop shovel.
Would I buy a Skid Lift? Probably not. But the video would most certainly help me decide if renting one would fit my needs.
I never said anything about representing anyone else. If you don't understand the English language, ask, someone will be glad to help you.

The exact statement was;
"I know, and am aware of people who will no longer view your page" .

Bobby, sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feeling.

I'm going to have to side with Herminator and say I watch mainly the videos that interest me. As an example, ground working implements aren't really something I work with, besides the backhoe, so tillers, plows, etc don't get many of my views. That being said, I actually enjoy Tim's videos that use these unique implements. Since I'm always looking for better ways to do things, seeing the various tools available on the market is very useful to me. In the case of the scissor lift, that was a video I was really looking forward to, even though it wasn't a full review. And I am still wanting to see a full highlight on it. Given what I've seen of it, I'd say Tim saved me money because of his real world presentation, I can see it will not serve all my needs. Without his review, I would be left guessing whether it was something for me or not. I'd rather see a real person using a product like this, not some paid salesman who just wants my money. In contrast, the Maschio offset flail mower is seriously on my to buy list. Never heard of it before Tim showcased it, and I'm so glad he did.

The element I'm trying to point out here is Tim is a guy who is trying to make content that appeals to a large audience. I understand he's moved up from his origins with doing basic house chores to more advanced tasks. But we all have to move up and on if we want to better ourselves. Balance is the key here, especially when operating in the interests of public entertainment. Some of us want to watch videos of digging up sidewalks, others want to see massive leaf plows. There's too many different options, but I still think he's doing a good job.

If we all liked the same things and felt the same way, wouldn't life be boring?

Fixed it for you.
I really enjoy watching TTWT's videos. They may not all apply to me and my situation/needs, but I still watch 'em because I think he and his family do a good job of filming and editing. I say cheers (and thanks) to them for all of the hard work they put in making those videos and for the information and enjoyment I get out of them!

I've made several buying decisions based off of Tim's videos and I have not been disappointed. I look forward to Tim's review on the lift after using it for a while.

I haven't seen all of Tim's TTWT videos, on some the particular topic didn't interest me much. I may watch them later. He is earnest, engaging, tries to be complete when comparing, investigating, or explaining and does a pretty good job, tries different tasks and reports results, and passes on tips as he discovers them. Plus he and his family do a good job with the videos themselves.

Like most hard working successful people he is expanding his range getting different machines and implements, adding to rather than replacing, the ones he has. Include the loans of things to make his evaluation and his contribution is significant and appreciated. Many of the videos don't apply to my situation, but they do apply to someone.

I wouldn't be too surprised if Tim has to make another storage building in a couple years to house more machines and implements, and decide he can only use the 1025R on every other Tuesday so he can spread his time. The only way to have all of Tim's videos apply to someone is if they have the same equipment and tasks.

Oops! Just fell off my soapbox. I probably sprained something but won't know what until tomorrow.

@Tractor Tim this implement is also out of the price range I can afford but I am interested to learn more to see if renting such an implement for my 1025 might be a good option. Each year I do a good bit of tree trimming and hedge trimming and wonder if this implement would be a big help or not. Thanks for providing info about this,
