Hi everyone,
I went and ordered a new 5100m from the local dealer and don't know if i'm going to have any sanity left when it finally does show up--if that ever happens!:kidw_truck_smiley::drama:

Congrats! Those new M series machines are really awesome looking:good2: The only bad thing is people have been waiting a long time for them.

What options/attachments did you get? Cab, loader, which QA on the loader, any EH buttons on the fenders?
The wait is killing me!I got 260 fel,77 grapple, flail mower,3 pt disk and 2 bottom plow(doubt it'll get much use).I really want that big hydraulic feed chipper but will put that on the wish list along with pallet forks for now.Plan on some foodplotting and alot of clean-up on the property with some snow removal during winter.Trying to research the right and wrong ways of doing just about everything tractor related.:readI did get the cab also
Waiting is HARD only thing harder is Deciding what to get, so many choices! Then second guessing your choices.
Which pallet forks are you looking at? fixed or floating?
What do you plan to chip that needs a hydraulic feed? I only have trouble (my chipper is non hydraulic feed) with branches that wont bend as they are being pulled in
I haven't had a chance to do any fork comparisons yet to figure out which would be better for my needs. The hyd. feed would be useful to run the largest stuff possible thru the chipper i would think--maybe not?:unknown:
Don't know about the chipper, the hydraulic feed is advertised to help, but I've got no real world experience with them.

What I do know, that is one sweet tractor set up:good2::yahoo:

My chipper is rated for 6", but I only chip small stuff, 3" and bigger is firewood. I got it to get rid of the brush fast.

What make and model chipper do you have?

I'm just afraid if i did get a chipper i wouldn't have any woods left---but i'd have a huge pile of mulch!:slap-yourself-emoti:laugh:

Come to my place, I've got plenty to chip! From the storm that came thru last Memorial Day weekend.
Bring your tractor, chipper and plenty of fuel
Sounds like a perfect scenario to test the chipper.
