Have you tried your dealer? If so, I'm guessing his prices weren't to your liking; so my next suggestion is eBay and Craigslist. A number of guys have made their own ballast boxes with some looking like they came from the factory to nothing more than a concrete filled 55-gallon drum with hitch hardware.

What tires do you have. It may make a difference on what you are looking for.
