Are you sure the trailer had a 1500 lb axle? Not that it couldn't be done, but the weight of the trailer would reduce the payload by 200 or 300 lbs. No way the tractor should be hauled on anything less than a 3500 lb single axle or a tandem axle trailer with dual 1500 axles.
I would think total weight with loader and mower will be 1900 to 2000 lbs. I have seen the loader weight somewhere. 350 lbs maybe?

It was 1.5 ton trailer (2,500 lbs). I am not saying that it is the greatest trailer to transport one with but he delivers them all over the county using that trailer and his Chevy Silverado 1500. My house is about 26 miles from the dealership.

My bad. I read it as 1.5K instead of 1.5 ton. Thanks for setting me straight.
I believe that would be 3000 lbs for the 1.5 ton though.
