Works great for 80% of our snow
Have blower on front for other 20%

fwiw blade is much faster than blower or loader.

Maybe with a rear push.
actually in my case i have not found that to be true, for smaller amounts, say up to 6+ inches i can go almostt the same speed downhill (my drive drops about 250 ft) with my rear pull as blade- basically max speed in B range. Could i go faster with c range? yes but with chains and the short wheelbase i don't feel like its very easy to produce a consistent product and the risk of losing control (my drive has significant exposure). Too, there is always spill back towards the cleared area in any plowing whereas with the blower you get a clean edge that stays. Uphill the delta is slightly greater. Typically i use a blade early season to try to build some "guardrails" with the wetter snows then i switch to blower for everything mid season. I do find i enjoy the different tools sometimes because they are different. Remember the contractors using these blowers typically have 2 in or so triggers and are doing 2+x as many drives per shift as with plows.
