I'm learning more stuff about JD's every day, but still have a lot to learn. Picked this quick attach up a couple weeksago. Wondering if it will fit on my 1025R or 455? Any help is appreciated. Kent

The only thing I can say for certain is that that particular setup was used for a plow, not a blower or sweeper.

It may end up being a chore to figure out what machine it fits. There are no part numbers or tags on my QuickHitch at all.

Though it probably could be, it wasn't setup for a blower/sweeper, as mentioned. No PTO shaft bearing.

Group, correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the X700 series come with dust caps like in the pictures? The hitch for my 1025 didn't come with that style. Might be a clue.

The more I look at it, it looks close to a 1 series.

The Guy i bought it from got back to me with some info. He says it is a 54 inch utility blade quick attach PC1936 whatever that is. It fits 2210 2305 2320 2520 4010 4100 4110 4115. I have none of these tractors. Is it easy to modify it to say fit a 455 or 1025R? Thanks Kent

PC1936 is the Deere kit number for a MP34885 54" snow blade + a QuickTach hitch + a mounting bracket.

There are 3 possible Quick hitch kits that can go with that kit.

FRONT HITCH KIT (4100, 4010, 4110, 4115) - ST552301
FRONT HITCH KIT (2320, 2520) - ST552302
FRONT HITCH KIT (2210, 2305) - ST552303

So if you can contact him again and ask what model tractor HE had it on, you can figure out which of those it is.

Based on your pics, It is either the ST552301 or St552032 hitch. The St552303 kit has a different bracket for item #1.

There is no easy way to convert that thing to fit your 445. You'd have to replace teh main frame components to do it and it would end up being cheaper to just buy the complete hitch from Deere.

You could buy a few parts and replace item #1 in that pic with Deere part # LVA12253 ($407) and then get yourself Deere part # LVB25396 ($68) and I believe you'd be able to hang it off the front of your 1025R. But I'd double (or triple!) check that to make sure before buying anything.
