Just a guess, but they could be framework for a rear bagger setup.

Seems to me if they were John Deere parts they would be green or black. (Just thinking out loud)

They should be but maybe a after market bagger. :dunno:if they go to a bagger.:dunno:

For giggles and grins I looked through the parts lists of all the baggers listed for the LX277 and didn't see anything even remotely similar to this. I agree with the previous poster who questioned the color. I've never seen anything from JD that color.

The lady did say she had a big bagger that she got rid of. Would it make sense that it from a after market bagger? Anyone else have any guesses?

Maybe some kind of Cyclone Rake system?

Any spots of worn paint on the frame?
