Over the 4th of July holiday, Alex and his father attended a family reunion in Battlecreek, MI
and took a 1937 John Deere BO Orchard tractor back home to Texas. In 1955 Alex's great uncle restored
everything about this tractor, except changing the tires.

Alex's grandfather, a farmer about 30 miles from Miller Tire, received our catalog and he passed
on our phone number. Alex, his dad and his grandfather stopped in to reTIRE the old tires and purchase
new tires. Marion, who worked at Miller Tire for 37 years, assisted with the mounting and loading of
the 10-28 closed tread Firestone tires and our 550-16 old style Guide Grip 3-rib Front Tractor tires.

Alex recently sent us a picture of the finished 1936 JD B Orchard tractor.
Note the big fenders on the rear to keep branches out of the tires in orchards.
