Hi all

Help me to understand the differences between the frontier BB1048 box blade and the BB2048? Frontier no longer offers the BB1048 so specifications are not available. This will be used on a 1026R primarily for driveway leveling.

Also, would those who use the frontier Cat. 1 box blade on a limited Cat. 1 tractor, please provide feedback on how this has been working for you. Would you do it again?

The 1048 is smaller and lighter than the 2048. I see they have the 2048 and 2048L. You can see specs online.

I have the BB1048 works great behind my 2305.

I am using the Frontier 2048L on my 1026R.

The 2048L works great as a gravel drive grader. I used it to level my yard before planting also. I also use the 2048L as a counter weight.

I use a front line 60" box blade on my 1026R with no problems at all. The extra width is nice to have.
