I'm looking for a #7 backhoe. Ideally it would come with the mounts for a 750. Thanks. I live in the Northwest, but would be willing to pay shipping if needed.

There may be aftermarket units available but I don't know off any.
IMO, the #7 was a really good backhoe. I had one on our JD 650 for some 20 years.
You may find it to be more cost effective to buy a newer tractor with a BH and sell your 750.

Just missed a number 7 with a 750 subframe on craigslist in Iowa. Bummer. Also the user "Wickrandy", who is supposedly from Southern California tried to sell me a sweet #7 that actually belongs to a fellow in the North East. Luckily I had already watched the youtube video beforehand that they copied screen shots from. Watch yourselves out there!

I keep getting private messages from people using the app Tapatalk who say they have a number 7 backhoe. So far, they have all appeared to be scammers. Are any legitimate Green Tractor folks using Tapatalk - Free Forum Hosting, Free Forum Mobile App. ?

Yes, there are some that still use Tapatalk, though I'm not sure how many.

I do, and severs other members do too.


You can click or hover over a person’s name and see their post count to see if they are participating members.

There are also several people that don’t post but just surf the classifieds. I blocked a couple for repeated lowballing and that solved it for me.

The new forum format is responsive and works so well in phone browser I gave up on TT, sadly it was right after I had upgraded to the pro version too.
