I mostly mow in the deck transport position but it still mows weeds / grass shorter than I'd like @ about 2". Does anyone know if the deck transport position can be adjusted higher than it came to me from the dealer?

Yes. Basically you re level the deck using the rear adjusters first and reset the pitch accordingly. Remember to allow room for clearance to the frame so you have some give plus too little clearance, you can't lock the pedal up and release it properly.

Thanks for mentioning clearance to frame because when I push the left pedal completely down it only raises the deck approx. 1/2" , so that wouldn't be worth the effort to adjust. If I could gain an inch I'd go for it.
