X370 Spinner Knob

My 370 is extremely easy to steer but sometimes on a fast turn its a quick two handed shuffle to make the turn. I’m wondering if anyone has added a steering knob to make these turns smoother. If so which type knob mounting and how did it work out for you..all ideas are appreciated. Thanks , Dan
