X758 coolant light flashing

By "coolant symbol" do you mean the icon immediately under the coolant temperature bar gauge? I've only ever seen that flash when the temp is high - the upper 2 or 3 bars. You said it is not overheating... how many bars were showing when this happened? Does this condition continue even after shutting the tractor off and restarting it when the engine has cooled off back to ambient air temp?

Excellent idea Wally….. it may be a service required light as the time has expired for that coolant to remain in your machine. Check that manual and let us know.
I don't think the display would flash the exclamation symbol (!) for scheduled maintenance. There is a dedicated symbol for that at the bottom of the display (manual with a wrench on it, item J in the image).

Thanks everyone. Air filter sensor. I feel that light looks too much like a coolant warning, but I guess that doesn't matter. Anyway, I appreciate everyone's input on this.
It's certainly not a super clear icon, for sure. Glad you got things sorted.

Here's the online version of the manual:

Was the bar gauge cluster offered in '16? My '15 58 has the dial gauge cluster.
Yes. My x758 is a 2016 model and it looks like that. I think 2016 was the year they revised the instrument cluster.
