I just picked up a 750 with 4WD, and the shift pattern is gone...
Can anyone share the shift pattern for a 750?
Thanks!

I just brought up john deere 750 and found this 'technical manual'. There's a lot of information there.

There were several other owners manuals and service manuals on the page for sale, in case you are interested.

If the manual doesn't clear it up I can take a picture of the shift knobs on my 750, it is confusing... tomorrow, its pretty late here, EST

see pictures below, the high low range selector is located near your right heel, low is forward, high is towards the rear.
the shift pattern is really unconventional... Japanese must have designed that one for right hand drive!

750 is a great tractor, very well made. I have had zero problems with mine and it looked like it had been thru heck when I got it. It had sat for over eight years outside! The sheet metal is beat to crap and wiring for the lights is all but non existant... but it runs fantastic!

very nice example there! 4WD and a loader, nice. Does it have power steering?
Mine had a loader at one time, only had the brackets and hydros when I got it. I have a set of those turf tires on mine right now too, mine is 2WD
