E180, all of a sudden blows the 20 amp fuse when activating the starter. Recently starter has been slow speed and bendex does not spin fast enough to engage the flywheel. Soleniod has been changed. Starter has been replaced. When a new 20 amp fuse if inserted the carburetor fuel solenoid activates. Fues does not blow until starter is engaged resulting in blue flash out of fuse holder. Sounds to me like it's a possible short in the carburetor item. I'd appreciate some feedback please.

Can you disconnect the fuel solenoid and try a new fuse, and see if it holds or blows? That will tell you which direction to proceed to find the fault.
Also you could temporarily clip lead in a 20A circuit breaker. Then try things troubleshooting without wasting fuses.
