Wasn't sure were to post this as the news is related to all John Deere equipment, Parts, and Service.
I received an E-mail this morning from Cazenovia Equipment Company informing me that the company is being sold to Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners a family-owned, full-service John Deere dealer group with 28 existing locations in Missouri and Illinois. Once the integration is completed, the CEC business will operate like the current four SNP divisions in Missouri and Illinois. They expect to officially close the transaction on May 31st.
The past four years I have dealt with CEC the service as been top notch. I am wondering about the SNP company's public service relationship with the customers. I have read treads here about some JD dealer not being very good. If any of you have the good, bad, and ugly experiences with SNP I would love to hear what you have to say.
I know change happens all the time, a heads up on what to expect would be helpfull because the letter makes everything sound all rosey and bright. That's why real world experiences are better than a hiped up letter.
Thank you for your input.
