New to the forum and just bought a 2014 1025R. Anyone own a Country Way tiller from Rural King? They may be new to RK this year. Certainly cheap about $400 cheaper than the King Kutter. Any idea who actually makes them? I only see 2 reviews in the RK site, both of them positive.

In response to where they are made - RK advises on other Country Way tillers - “In Kentucky”.

I would suspect these are made to RK specs by Tarter. Possible some slight changes from their normal product - but otherwise same quality/build.

As to “how good are they” best answer I can give is how good do you need it to be? If your filling up garden/food plots a couple of times a year like most users of a 4’ tiller would be - quality should be fine.

Extreme terrain or daily use year round - it might make sense to step up in quality.

Realistically, a tiller is much the same today as it was 50+ years ago. Chain or gear driven with not a lot else to go wrong.
