I had the same problem with my 1025R the whole dash was replaced at 65 Hrs under warranty, the new cluster had a different part number. They must have had a bad shipment:dunno:

I’m way out of the warranty period since I bought the tractor in 2013. I guess buying a new one is probably my best bet. I’ll have to wait till the weather cools and have time to tear it apart.

I had a friend have this same problem. Part of the background matte was lifting and the needles were sticking on it. He took the cluster out and split it open then superglued the matte back down put the cluster back together with silicone clear and put it back in. It's been 2 years and no problem. On my wife's Yukon I pulled the cluster out and sent it in and had the tiny servos replaced and it worked great. I say take your time and crack it open and glue it down. Good luck.

It looks like the cluster is just a pain to get out. If I can get it out easily and can it it open, I wouldn’t mind opening it and super glue it down. Can you ask your friend the easiest way to get the cluster out? I hate having to take the entire console apart.
