A quick pressure test of the hydraulics can eliminate a whole slew of possibilities.....

 

Do you recommend any part on Amazon to order for the pressure test and the procedure on how to do it?

 

I'm not familiar with the tractor (size of QDs etc), but something like this could do it.

as for procedure..... connect pressure gauge to related QD... actuate the hydraulics while observing the gauge... .stop actuating the hydraulics. Watch the pressure go down.... shut off machine.... drop a heavy towel over the QD coupling and disconnect.

 

Not sure if any coincidence but it had second rear SVC installed by a dealer recently, but I can't confirm if this is related or not.

That is where I'd start looking. Lst thing touched / changed.

Each hydraulic port in series. The technical manual for your tractor will show the hydraulic routing. If something didn't get plumbed correctly you could be loosing pressure / flow.

Just a SWAG, but does the new SCV have a float position that it could be stuck in?

 

Unfortunately the Hydraulic Pressure Test Gauge from boltonhooks is currently out of stock. I might need to get something from Amazon and get it to a local Hydraulic hoses place to get it connected to a 1/2" Ag ISO 5675 Hydraulic male connector. Then I should be able to just plug it in to each port and test the pressure then.

 

Does the machine have power beyond ports?

 

No PB ports that are easily accessible that I can see. Just dual remotes and four quick connects for the loader.

 

just an update: picked up a hydraulic pressure gauge that shows 1500PSI at the loader quick connect at mid-low RPMs. I believe it should be over 2800 PSI instead.
still puzzled. Can this be a pressure relieve valve need adjusting (although I don't know where is it on 5E tractors)
Any assistance is appreciated where to go from here.

The problem was not with the valve, it was with the installer who added second rear SCV valve kit and did not torque the screws properly (one of them was too loose).
Once I re-adjusted the screws (item #19) on the link above the pressure went back to normal range (over 2850PSI).
