I’m in the market for some pallet forks. One of the main uses will be to carry aluminum docks and small aluminum boat lifts. The heaviest lift is about 350lbs. I’d like to maximize the lift capacity, so who has the best combination of shall we say strength to weight ratio for pallet forks? This would be for my 1025R.

I’ve considered a boom pole too for the loader, but I’m thinking pallet forks will yield more use overall.

That would probably be Artillian.

The 2300 pound (capacity) frame weighs 73#. With 36" x 3" forks that weigh 112 pounds the total would be 185 pounds. The 42" x 3" forks weigh an additional 8 pounds putting you at 193 pounds total.

While these are likely the lightest and one of the best designs out there, they are also one of the most expensive. There are other options that are lighter on your wallet.

Artillian's are the lightest, and they are made in the USA.

I chose Titan forks because they were half the price (slightly less than half actually) and the frame is only 20lbs heavier. Absolutely no regrets, they work great.

Thanks for all the info. In looking the options over, I like the Titan with the headache rack and front 2” receiver. Of course, they are out of stock for online ordering. I’ll call them tomorrow and see what’s up.
