Safety recall on Gator XUV835m

Best I can find out it's a parking brake issue.
Free pick up, repair and delivery back, supposedly done in less
than a day.

Ours does not have a parking brake, only a “Park” position on the gear selector. The recall must be for older 835M’s.

Probably, my 2018 XUV 835m has a foot operated park brake and manual release like
automobiles and trucks.
No park position on gear selector.

I spot this one, suspect this is the culprit right here. It's an older one, but would like up with the above statements on age. Throttle cable, looks like.

Not the same recall, mine is a 2018 and had the throttle cable fix done before I bought it.
This is a new recall.
Did find on the gatorforums.net site that a bunch of people were having park brake letting go and that Deere knew about it and supposedly had a fix.

Same as my 2018 835m that is recalled.
Heard that it could be the ratchet plate that holds the park brake in parked position
is too weak and allows the park brake to release intermittently without having to pull the
handle or in some cases so worn or bent won't allow the park brake to even be set???
